You bring your dumbbells, we bring the work. This class is a total body workout designed with rounds of Tabata style workouts and strength training. Calories will be burned and muscle will be strengthened. All fitness levels welcome!

- One to two sets of dumbbell (lighter weights for bi’s, tri’s, and shoulders, heavier weights for chest and back)
- Exercise/Yoga mat (or towel)
