You bring your dumbbells, we bring the work.  This class is a total body workout designed with rounds of Tabata style workouts and strength training.  Calories will be burned and muscle will be strengthened.  All fitness levels welcome!  

Duration: 45-60 minutes

Items to bring:

  • One to two sets of dumbbell (lighter weights for bi’s, tri’s, and shoulders, heavier weights for chest and back)
  • Exercise/Yoga mat (or towel)

Purchase is good for one drop-in pass to a Total Body Fitness class.
