During this 6 Week Bootcamp we will cover...

This 6 Week Bootcamp will be broken down into different phases to maximize your results.

First Day - Fitness Evaluation
On Monday, October 14th we will start our first session off with a Fitness Evaluation for each participant.  This is done so we have a baseline of where everyone is starting from and so progress can be more accurately measured at the end of Bootcamp.

Phase 1 - Weeks 1 and 2
During this first phase, we will be performing strength training exercises.  These will be done using only our bodyweight to build a strong foundation.  Mixed in will be mobility exercises to strengthen our joints so we are ready for the more intense workouts in the weeks that follow.  Each class will end with a burst of cardio.

Phase 2 - Weeks 3 and 4
Building on the foundation that was laid out for us in Phase 1, Phase 2 now begins to build intensity.  Lightweights, resistance bands and more intense cardio workouts will start taking your workout to the next level.

Phase 3 - Weeks 5 and 6
The final phase of Bootcamp is where the magic really happens.  Focusing now on HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) to boost your metabolism, increase your endurance, and leave you feeling energetic and alive for the rest of your day.

Last Day - Final Evaluation
Pary time!!  On our last day of Bootcamp, Friday, November 22nd, we will have our final Fitness Evaluation so that we can celebrate all of the amazing progress everyone has made.

"What should I bring??"

Yoga/Exercise Mat
We encourage you to bring your own yoga mat and water bottle.  There will be mats provided that you can workout on, but most people feel more comfortable on their own mat.

Water Bottle
We want everyone to stay hydrated so make sure you bring yourself a nice, cool bottle of water.
