Wednesday - Strength Training (Ocean County Park at 5pm)
Thursday - Cardio Kickboxing 2
Friday - Mobility and Recovery
Saturday - Strength Training (Ocean County Park at 9:30am)
Sunday - HIIT 2
Monday - Mobility and Recovery
Tuesday - Rest

Week 3 - 10/21/20 - 10/27/20
Wednesday - Strength Training (Ocean County Park at 5pm)
Thursday - Cardio Kickboxing 3
Friday - Mobility and Recovery
Saturday - Strength Training (Ocean County Park at 9:30am)
Sunday - HIIT 3
Monday - Mobility and Recovery

Thursday - Cardio Kickboxing 4
Friday - Mobility and Recovery

Thursday - Cardio Kickboxing ANY (Class 1, 2, 3, or 4)
Friday - Any Kickboxing or HIIT 
Saturday - Strength Training (Ocean County Park at 9:30am)
Sunday - HIIT 5
Monday - Any Kickboxing or HIIT 
Tuesday - Mobility and Recovery

Week 6 - 11/11/20 - 11/17/20
Wednesday - Strength Training (Ocean County Park at 5pm)
Thursday - Cardio Kickboxing ANY (Class 1, 2, 3, or 4)
Friday - Any Kickboxing or HIIT 
Saturday - Measurements and Strength Training (Ocean County Park at 9:30am) LAST CLASS!!
Sunday - HIIT 6
Monday - Any Kickboxing or HIIT 
Tuesday - Weigh-In and Mobility and Recovery
