Squat Jumps

  1. Stand with your back straight, knees bent, and your feet about shoulders width apart.
  2. Bend down into a half squat position.
  3. Explode up pushing your feet through the floor and swinging your hands above your head, straight up.
  4. Land softly and lower your body back down to a squat position and repeat.
