Skull Crushers

  1. Stand with your back straight, knees bent, and your feet about shoulders width apart
  2. Clasp a dumbbell with both hands and extend it straight over your head.
  3. Bend your elbows, dropping the weight behind your head as far as you can
  4. Then extend your arms bring the weight straight back up.
  5. Keep your elbows in one place for stability while raising and lowering the weight
