  1. Lay on your back, knees bent, feet flat on the floor by your butt.
  2. Pushing your heels into the floor, elevate your hips off the ground.
  3. Thighs, hips, and abdomen should be in one straight line.
  4. Hold.

Bridge - Single Leg

  1. Lay on your back, knees bent, feet flat on the floor by your butt.
  2. Straighten your left leg, but keep it off the floor.
  3. Pushing your right heel into the floor, elevate your hips off the ground.
  4. Thighs, hips, and abdomen should be in one straight line.
  5. Hold.
  6. Repeat with the other leg.
