- Lay on your back, knees bent, feet flat on the floor by your butt.
- Pushing your heels into the floor, elevate your hips off the ground.
- Thighs, hips, and abdomen should be in one straight line.
- Hold.

Bridge - Single Leg
- Lay on your back, knees bent, feet flat on the floor by your butt.
- Straighten your left leg, but keep it off the floor.
- Pushing your right heel into the floor, elevate your hips off the ground.
- Thighs, hips, and abdomen should be in one straight line.
- Hold.
- Repeat with the other leg.
