Bird Dog

  1. Support your body on the floor on your hands and knees.
  2. Extend your right arm and left leg out so that they are in perfect alignment with your back.
  3. Hold for 5-10 seconds before switching to the left arm and right leg.
  4. Repeat.

Muscles: Erector spinae, traps, glutes, deltoids
